Day 88: Sunday evening Festival

Sunday A & L headed out for their usual, they headed towards The Coffee Jar and a chill in the park. L knew she’d be super busy throughout the day so they headed quickly, with the plan to skip their usual meander through Regent’s Park. Before the coffee street, they explored the Asian supermarket in Camden and L got very excited but ended up only buying noodles. A stopped off and got a Gail’s Veggie Roll (not his usual Greek place) and then they were super PDA in front of the coffee shop as per. L didn’t get anything from Whole Foods despite the tradition. Instead they headed straight back and chilled in the park near the church house that first inspired the housing search. They chatted about how they spend their time, how they should split it between copeting interests but also that they should do more exciting things together.

A headed back and played D&D as is tradition, they completed the heist successfully (and got some cool garb) and then completed their quest of getting the lord’s ring pretty easily. Was a really enjoyable and fast paced session, it all worked out really well! Meanwhile, L did some Ismaili work but also called into 2 family calls, first with the typical JFR call, and then one on her mum’s side where she knew far fewer people. After A did his call with Hannah (no reaching Sam) and discussed the MPAID classes’ attitude to the dean, he caught L just as she was finishing her big family call.

L headed out on a walk in which she also found A some ‘vegetarian chicken wings’ which turned out to be cauliflower but were still delicious, they sat outside and ate roti, veggie chicken wings and curry. It was excellent

After dinner it was still bright and they wanted to do something a little exciting.
