Day 103: In search of purpose

L woke up and started working. She re-wrote her to-do list, called Bupa, moved her holiday and did a call. A woke up late and came down to start work at 11ish – very motivated to start his full day of WB work……

He was feeling a little bit lost in what to do and had lots on his mind (WB, dData, family, holiday, relationship etc.). L was also a little bit uneasy post conversation night prior but felt good getting some work done. She started a pilates class at 12.30 (chose not to do the weights class she had planned because she was not in the mood). A came up to chat mid way through pilates and they talked deeply whilst cuddling on the sofa. L then had to start work again but her 2pm call was cancelled so she made falafel and salad for them both for lunch. A continued with some WB work during the day until 3pm when he did a townhall on deferral with Carol and the rest of the class. He decided to go for a run / walk whilst listening to music and thinking about how to feel more inspired by the WB work and how much of a priority dData should be. When he came back, L had finished off her pilates class and was happily doing some manual data entry Ismaili work whist listening to music. He brought back some Kimchi dumplings from the Asian supermarket which didn’t really taste like Kimchi but were yummy.

Then they made a quick dinner of salmon, Korean red pepper veggies and potatoes which Leila had made during a call earlier (she concentrates better when she’s cooking whilst listening to calls surprisingly). L then ate a bowl of yoghurt with apricots which was great at the time but made her super bloated and she vowed never to eat that yoghurt again. A had half a flake and vowed to spend less time playing Football Manager. Then they watched The Trans List whilst working on the sofa – L doing Ismaili work and A doing WB work. They headed to bed at 10.30 but did not sleep until near 1am as they were continuing their chat from earlier.
