L woke up and had the craziest eye twitch that she had never had before. She started working and shoved a huge load of laundry in the machine. Then she had a call with Iman to go through Vodafone job options and she walked to Boots to buy a thermometer and eye drops, as well as a coffee from Sourced that was quite weak. She came back and A was simultaneously working and playing games. She worked for a bit and then made A some potatoes, which he ate for lunch with cheese and watercress before heading off on his bike to Covent Garden for a haircut with Eileen. Meanwhile, L did loads of calls (She was b2b the entire afternoon) and ate loads of muesli. She still wasn’t feeling very well and had a headache but checked her temperature which was normal (again). She was probably just nervous about flying the next day. She did her calls and broke for a bit to do pilates which made her feel better even though she was super low energy. Meanwhile, A was doing his call with the World Bank and they gave each other feedback on the data project he was doing (they said his stuff was too complicated). L finished at 6 and her last meeting was cancelled so she treated herself to a pedicure and listened to a podcast about Hong Kong and Money Talks by the Economist. The salon was super clean and everyone was wearing masks and shields and she felt comfortable. She called her grandma on the walk home and on arrival she saw that the kitchen had been clean and dinner was ready thanks to Alex. They had a nice dinner of grilled salmon, tahini and broccoli and L made 2x toasts which A was annoyed about because the food was getting cold. He then went to watch chelsea who won 1-0 v Norwich (thank goodness) whilst L sorted out her packing and tidied up a bit, before watching OTH in bed for a little. She was feeling a bit better by this point but still pretty exhausted. A came up after football and they went to bed early.
