We wake for our first day in Maida Vale, and went straight out for coffee. We’d slept for ages, apart from waking up when they fought over the duvet -> they’ve resolved to have 2-duvets to prevent this. They wandered out and apparently took no pictures… They walked first to Ladbroke Grove and then onwards to Holland Park. They picked up coffee from Over Under (it was pretty good but not worldchanging) before continuing on and almost running into A’s school friend Ed Hall. Turns out he was on a parallel road but works at the School on Maryland’s so they’re seeing each other this week
In Holland Park L commented on all the well dressed fancy people and they were potentially too fancy for her. Lots of men in white shirts, roll-necks, long pea coats, jeans and brown shoes. They wandered around and then headed back a different route. They found a Planet Organic and it was the dream, as well as multiple other niche stores en route

Once home, they wrote the blog, whcih they hadn’t done in ages and did a bit of work, L on her valuation lecture series and A on his dData Nowcasting

They took a long break to do Barre (14 mins), which was part of L’s barre commitment with her cousin. It was an arms day and A genuinely found it super hard, although he was uing reasonably heavy weights (4kg)

They had a nice dinner together, althought it was mini, and comprised of some more of the curry that L’s mum had cooked, they then finished it off with a Pri’s pud. They watched Queen’s Gambit, and then discussed where A might want to live. Finally they read in bed, L her business book and A ‘everything I know about love’. The latter was surprisingly inspiring and they went to bed happy.
